Dimpsey Calm is a mellow, caffeine-free herbal blend created for those quieter moments as the day begins to fade. Smooth chamomile and nourishing nettle combine with soft marshmallow leaf and delicate moorland heather flowers to create a gentle, comforting infusion inspired by Devon at dimpsey – that magical time between daylight and darkness. Perfect for unwinding in the evening or whenever you want to slow down and enjoy a little calm.

Tasting Notes

Brewing Ritual

For slowing down as daylight fades — naturally caffeine-free.

Use 1 tsp per 250ml. Steep in 95–100°C water for 5–6 minutes. Enjoy without milk. Re-steep for a second, mellower cup.
